Any Opportunity has some small risk but we have done it to minimize the risk. Your capital is on a fixed rate on a 12 month term backed by a promissory note. We essentially take your capital and park it into a fix and flip that is a tangible asset. The only risk to you would be that it could create a extra month or two at the end of the 12 months if a flip deal takes a little longer but you will be getting a monthly interest still.
A promissory note, sometimes referred to as a note payable, is a legal instrument, in which one party promises in writing to pay a determinate sum of money to the other, either at a fixed or determinable future time or on demand of the payee, under specific terms and conditions.
