Our bigger mission is turning hard earned capital into passive income with monthly fixed rate returns. Brian Benton - Founder

Brian's entrepreneurial journey began with a bold leap into business ownership at a young age, establishing a pet store at just 21 years old. Though his early ventures didn't achieve lasting success, they served as invaluable learning experiences, shaping Brian into the innovative and resourceful business leader he is today.

Upon relocating to Nashville in 2014 for his corporate career, Brian's fascination with real estate was ignited. Balancing his corporate responsibilities with astute investments in rental properties and house flipping, Brian honed his skills in the dynamic world of real estate investing. Eventually, he made the pivotal decision to transition away from corporate life, dedicating himself to expanding his multi-million dollar real estate enterprise.

Brian's true passion lies in empowerment and education. Reflecting on his own financial journey, he recognized a widespread lack of understanding about money and its complexities, a realization that deeply concerns him. Thus, Brian made it his mission to empower others by providing investment opportunities in his real estate ventures and equipping individuals with the tools needed to enhance their financial literacy and well-being. He finds financial freedom very important and having your money work for you to create the life you will be happy living.

Family serves as Brian's driving force, with his wife Rachel and their two children, Spencer (almost 7) and Finley (5), bringing him boundless joy and fulfillment. Their idyllic life on 100 acres outside of Nashville allows them to embrace nature and explore sustainable living practices, including raising their own livestock for meat—a testament to Brian's commitment to holistic living and self-sufficiency.

Rachel Benton - Realtor & Advisor

In the early stages of Rachel Benton's career, she achieved remarkable success in the material realm, attaining financial milestones that many aspire to reach. However, Rachel soon realized that material success alone did not bring lasting fulfillment. Feeling drained and unfulfilled, a pivotal moment occurred during her postpartum period with her second child.

It was during this transformative time that Rachel discovered Human Design. Exploring her design provided not only clarity but also a profound sense of self-acceptance. Understanding her energetic blueprint became a catalyst for embracing rest and prioritizing self-care, particularly during the delicate period of postpartum recovery.

As Rachel explored deeper into the intricacies of Human Design, she found herself on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. This exploration empowered her to reconnect with her body, allowing her to fully experience and understand her emotions and energy dynamics. Through Human Design, Rachel gained the confidence to navigate life with grace and ease.

While continuing to excel in her material pursuits and achieving milestones beyond imagination, Rachel underwent a profound internal transformation. She discovered a sense of inner peace and witnessed significant improvements in her relationships, particularly with her husband, Brian. Human Design became the cornerstone of her interactions, providing her with a deeper understanding of herself and others. This profound understanding of both her and her husband’s energetic makeup has empowered them to operate at full capacity in their authentic power, enabling them to establish and sustain their multimillion-dollar conglomerate.

Drawing from her extensive experience and the transformative power of Human Design, Rachel established a business that integrates her expertise in financial wealth, nervous system regulation, and Human Design.

As the owner of Float Nashville, a dedicated flotation therapy spa, and the founder of Embodied Abundance, Rachel is dedicated to guiding clients back into their bodies, empowering them to create lives that exceed their wildest dreams.

Courtney Kolinsky-Cost - Marketing & Branding Manager

Courtney is a seasoned Creative Director with over 10 years experience working for global A-brands, production companies and talent management with celebrities.

Courtney has been fortunate to work with many exceptionally talented people on both the agency/TV and client sides. While she has a personal focus on brand creation and the integration of brand with experience, she also has an extensive background in marketing, social media content, show development and brand management, and filmmaking for the web.

Courtney grew up in Florida with New York roots - Go Yankees!! She now resides in Nashville with her Husband and daughter. She is a great new asset to our team!

Project Manager

Chase Childers - Project Manager

Chase brings a wealth of management experience from his career working primarily as GM/Branch Manager in the floor covering industry. It was in this industry that Brian and Chase met. Chase and Brian were both GM’s in their respective states for the same corporate outfit and became sounding boards for each other over the years. They would find themselves working together at corporate events and frequently sharing strategies, staffing ideas, and so on which both grew to really appreciate.

As Brian moved on from the corporate world and Chase moved on to another company specializing in single family home builders, an idea began to come to light. Chase obviously knew his market of southern Alabama along the coast quite well and had been eager to begin exploring some real estate investing opportunities. He, however, really wanted to partner with someone more experienced. It didn’t take very long for these 2 to formulate a plan in which Chase is now managing 1-3 flips at any given time up and down lower Alabama.

With his vast knowledge of residential homes and lifelong relationships with realtors, contractors, etc in that area, a perfect marriage has come to be. Chase has become a valuable addition to the team!

Project Manager

Rob Wilbanks - Project Manager

Rob and his wife Jacquelyn are long time friends of The Benton’s. Rob spent his early working years in law enforcement eventually moving into true passion, food and beverage. He spent almost 2 decades primarily as a GM and/or managing partner for a few of the most popular chain restaurants in the country such as Longhorn and Hard Rock Cafe. It was during that time that Rob really honed his skill of managing teams, budgets, customer service, etc. He really thrived in this environment.

After a 2 year hiatus from the industry he so dearly loved, Rob was in outside sales in the home improvement arena. Eventually the travel got to be too much and Rob was ready to re-enter a leadership position, but this time in home improvement and real estate. Being that his wife is a very successful beachfront real estate agent, this path made a lot of sense. After a few conversations, Brian and Rob decided the fit made perfect sense and have fully opened the panhandle of Florida as The Benton Group’s first location outside of Tennessee.

Rob and Brian are currently looking for opportunities up and down the coast while Rob leans heavily on his vast network of contractor connections and many years of management experiences to assist in The Benton Group’s growth goals for 2024.

Wholesale Division

Isaac Alling & The Wholesale Team

Isaac and Brian teamed up in 2023 as Brian found himself very limited on time and availability to continue to source deal opportunities. Isaac was looking to leave corporate life behind and wanting to pursue a career in deal acquisitions.

It didn’t take long for Brian and Isaac to create a partnership which concentrates solely on getting deals under contract. These are then spoon fed to The Benton Group with any remaining deals that are unwanted to be dispositioned out to our vast network of investment buyers.

Isaac has leaned heavily on his structured background in the corporate world to quickly establish a well oil machine with very detailed processes which has led to a quite viable operation which now consists of 3 employees: Reed, Collin and Adrian. The team is learning quickly under Isaac’s tutelage and continues to impress us as we move into 2024 as they continue to grow and improve.

We are currently looking for additional personnel to work remotely for acquisitions so send those referrals our way, please!

Frustrated with the demands of my corporate career, we started with 1-3 fix and flips annually, using the profits to invest in rental properties. Our passion grew, leading to 57 transactions in 2021. Now, we prioritize quality, efficiency, and a strong foundation. This is where we realized we can create partnerships to have a passive income and achieve your financial goals.
How did we achieve rapid growth? Through partnerships and relationships. Our network includes real estate agents, contractors, lenders, and more. Private capital lenders have been instrumental in our success, and I invite you to join us.
